This unique course is designed to help young learners improve their English while also building focus, emotional awareness, and confidence. In small groups of 3–4 students, children and teens aged 8–16 engage in fun, meaningful activities that nurture both language skills and personal growth.

Each session blends English learning with mindfulness, helping students feel more balanced, present, and self-assured in both their communication and daily life.

In this course, learners will:

  • Practice mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and stay focused

  • Explore emotions, empathy, and self-confidence through English
