The main difference between teaching and coaching is that teaching is focused on acquiring new knowledge and skills while coaching is focused on refining and developing knowledge and skills. We work not only on your language skills, we help you to enhance your confidence and motivation, and overcome your fears and obstacles on your learning journey.

After purchasing the course, simply log in to your account, choose your course and book a slot with an available coach. Your booking will be visible on your dashboard, so just click to enter the class and have fun.

Our material is specially designed to contain a wide variety of authentic English media such as listening comprehension audios, reading comprehension texts, role plays, grammar explanations and exercises that stimulate students’ imaginations and give them working examples of language in context. Unit topics cover a range of areas that will help students to see and hear how English is used in context in the workplace, in shops, when talking about sports or health, and the list goes on. By basing each unit on an interesting and relevant topic, students can get a rich experience of a vibrant and living language.

Currently, we offer private (1 to 1) and small group (3-4 people) classes:

• General English courses from beginner (A1) to upper intermediate (B2) levels,

• Business Email Writing and Presentation Skills courses for students with at least a low intermediate level of English proficiency.

You can choose to buy either the full or half course. For the convenience of our students, we have divided the full course into two parts. You can start with Part 1 and, upon completing it, proceed to Part 2. This way, you will finish the entire course.

Our special courses are tailored to our specialized coaches who are skilled in using them effectively. Each lesson is structured for a 25-minute class with a coach, offering all the information necessary for improving your English skills. While you have the option to study the material beforehand, every session is guided by a coach.

Individual classes are 25 minutes long, and group classes are 50 minutes long. If you need more time, you can book two classes one after another for a 50-minute session. However, we don’t recommend having more than 2-3 private classes a day for better progress. Our courses work better with consistent practice, so for the best results, we suggest taking 3-5 private classes and 2-3 group classes each week.

Yes, you can easily join the coaching session from your PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. You can learn anywhere with good internet access. However, we strongly recommend using smartphones only if you have no other option. Learning from PCs, laptops, and tablets is more convenient and effective. Also, try to avoid noisy and crowded places like cafes, playgrounds, and other public areas while learning. Please refrain from joining classes while driving. For better results, find a quiet place where you can feel comfortable and fully concentrate on the learning process. We also strongly recommend turning on your webcam during class to facilitate better communication with your coach and using a headset for improved sound quality.

Yes, you can book a free 25-minute coaching session with a coach to check your proficiency level, get more information about courses, and have a trial class.

No problem. Just inform your coach or contact the support, and we will adjust the course to your level. Additional costs might be applied if you want to switch between General and Business English courses.

No, you cannot cancel your enrollment as all the materials are provided to you in advance, immediately after we receive your payment.

Yes, to track progress, all students are required to take both mid-course and end-course tests. Additionally, coaches will provide comments after each class to help you improve your skills. Progress tracker tools are also available in the student profile.

Yes, you will interact with other students during the group classes. To make these sessions more effective, we limit the maximum number of students to 4 in a 50-minute class, ensuring everyone has time to practice speaking. Additionally, we organize special events for larger groups, which are scheduled separately and announced in advance.

If you’re unable to join the room, please try reloading the window or restarting your device. If the issue persists, please contact Support. If the class couldn’t be conducted due to a technical issue on our side, we will refund your ticket.

You can book a class at least 1 hour in advance. For example, if you want to study at 8 pm, ensure you book a slot before 7 pm on that day. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Choose the course you want to book.
3. Click on the course and select your preferred day and time for the class, or check the availability of your favourite coach.
4. Book the slot.
5. Your booked slots will appear on your dashboard.
6. To join the class, simply click on the button and enjoy!
7. You can join the class up to 10 minutes in advance.

Please cancel the class at least 3 hours in advance; for example, a class scheduled for 8 pm must be cancelled before 5 pm on that day.

To cancel the class, go to your dashboard and simply click on ‘Cancel the class’. If the class is cancelled at least 3 hours in advance, it won’t be deducted from your tickets.

If you fail to cancel the class at least 3 hours in advance and are unable to join, please inform support. However, in this case, the class will still be deducted from your tickets.

If the coach fails to join the class, the ticket will be refunded to you.

Yes, you can. All our coaches are professionals and will provide the best learning experience for you. However, if you want to make better progress, we recommend choosing your favourite coach and learning with them. This helps you avoid repetitive questions from new coaches, and the coach will know your needs and weak points better, allowing them to tailor the lesson to your needs and focus on the most important aspects for your improvement.

Currently, we can provide a certificate confirming the completion of the course, including course details and the number of hours completed.
