Each course contains 8 engaging units and is consolidated and tested with a mid-course and end-of-course test to help coaches to identify areas of weakness and to give students a measurable mark of their progress and achievements.
Each unit is based on a different theme and contains 5 lessons, each with a unique focus from vocabulary, to listening comprehension, one on contrastive analysis, one on grammar and finally a review section where students can revise and consolidate the material they have learned.

Each unit is based around a different topic or theme and contains each of the following:

Vocabulary

Learn key words and phrases to help you understand and speak about the topic confidently.

Grammar

Study the details of important rules and forms with grammar guides that show you how to use target language and then give you the resources and examples to use these forms for yourself.

Listening and Comprehension

Hear useful vocabulary, expressions and grammar in context and check your comprehension to get used to the sounds and rhythms of spoken English.

Contrastive analysis

Compare and contrast concepts and investigate nuance, and difference to help you get a deeper understanding of the language that you are using.

Review

Check your comprehension and consolidate your progress with this review of the material from each unit before moving on to the next topic.
